Every order ships directly from the licensed 503A compounding pharmacy that prepares it — there’s no separate warehouse or fulfillment center in between.
Once a licensed provider approves your request — usually within one business day — the pharmacy compounds your prescription to order and ships it, typically within 1–2 business days after approval.
We can only ship to states where a licensed provider is available to evaluate requests. Eligibility is confirmed by your shipping address at checkout.
Orders ship in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging directly from the pharmacy, with handling instructions included.
