Once a compounded prescription ships, it can’t be returned, exchanged, or resold — the same rule that applies to any pharmacy-dispensed medication. This isn’t a Soluna policy choice; it’s a pharmacy-safety standard that protects everyone.
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there’s been a pharmacy error, contact us right away and we’ll make it right. Reach out as soon as you notice the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Your card is authorized, not charged, when you submit your request — nothing is billed until a licensed provider approves it. If your request isn’t approved, the authorization hold is released and you’re never charged.
