Specialty Rx
Questions about provider reviews, prescriptions, pharmacy fulfillment, membership benefits, and getting started.
Every request is independently reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider before a prescription is issued. Most requests are reviewed within one business day. Prescriptions are only issued when a provider determines treatment is clinically appropriate.
Your payment method may be authorized during review, but you are not charged unless treatment is approved. If treatment is not approved, the authorization is released and you are not billed.
When prescribed, medications are fulfilled through licensed pharmacy partners following provider approval and applicable pharmacy requirements.
Some prescriptions may be prepared specifically for an individual patient by a licensed pharmacy based on a provider's prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing.
Availability depends on provider licensing, pharmacy coverage, treatment eligibility, and applicable state requirements. Additional states may be added as services expand.
Most requests begin with a secure online health assessment rather than a scheduled appointment. If additional evaluation is needed, a provider may request follow-up information.
Once approved, prescriptions are fulfilled and shipped directly by licensed pharmacy partners according to applicable regulations and product requirements.
Because prescriptions are prepared for individual patients, medications generally cannot be returned or resold. If there is a fulfillment issue, contact the Soluna team for assistance.
