Specialty Rx

Soluna Specialty Rx uses telehealth — an asynchronous, questionnaire-based evaluation reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider — to determine whether a compounded prescription may be appropriate for you. This page explains what that means, what its limitations are, and what you're agreeing to by using the service.
"Telehealth" here means a licensed provider evaluates the health information you submit through our online intake questionnaire — without a live video, phone, or in-person visit — and makes an independent clinical decision about whether to issue a prescription. The provider may, at their discretion, request additional information or a live consultation before making that decision.
Telehealth evaluation has real limitations compared to an in-person visit:
By submitting an intake request through Soluna Specialty Rx, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may withdraw your consent to telehealth evaluation at any time, for any reason, without affecting your ability to use other Soluna services. To withdraw consent for a pending request, contact us at support@solunaone.com before your request has been evaluated; if it has already been evaluated, any resulting prescription is governed separately by pharmacy dispensing rules.
Information you submit as part of your evaluation is protected health information, handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices — it is stored and processed only in a HIPAA-covered clinical system (PracticeQ) used by the licensed providers who evaluate your request, never in your general Soluna account, and is not used for marketing. The same confidentiality protections that apply to an in-person medical visit apply to your telehealth evaluation.
Telehealth through Soluna Specialty Rx is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, a severe allergic reaction, thoughts of self-harm, or any other medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately — do not wait for a response through this service.
Questions about telehealth evaluation or this consent should be directed to support@solunaone.com.
